Advancing the livelihood of Chicago’s LatinX communities.
The Chicago City Council Latino Caucus strives to promote transformational policies and initiatives that positively impact and provide equity for all of Chicago’s diverse and culturally rich LatinX communities.
The Chicago City Council Latino Caucus (CCCLC-a 501c4) is made up of 14 Aldermen/Alderwomen who represent various diverse communities in the City of Chicago. Membership in the CCCLC is not limited to City Council Members of Latino heritage, but rather is inclusive of aldermen/alderwomen whose population majority is Latino. This dynamic and diverse group of leaders provide the insight, direction and optimism needed to pursue its overall mission of representing the best interests of the Latino community.
By coalescing around a collective legislative agenda that enables sustainable and equitable policies, our mission is to justifiably advance the livelihood of Chicago’s LatinX communities.
The Latino Caucus meets monthly immediately after City Council meetings. To view a full schedule of City Council meetings, visit the City of Chicago Clerk's website here.
